+ Do I have to order ahead online?
This varies by location.
San Francisco: No walkins accepted. Pre-order through our site, or order on-demand through most food delivery apps during our SF business hours.
Woodland: We do accept walk-ins, but we recommend ordering ahead if you want a specific flavor or a large quantity of cookies. We generally stop baking by 9am each day, so flavors and quantities may be limited upon your arrival.
U.S. Shipping: You must place your order online.
+ Have your prices gone up?
Yes. Increased costs are an inescapable reality for all households and businesses right now. Eggs, butter, flour, sugar, packaging, delivery fees, and everything else that goes into keeping the business running. We understand our customers take price into consideration when making purchases. Sometimes a cookie is worth it, other times it might not be. We try to understand where you’re coming from and we hope you can understand where we’re coming from. Thank you for your continued support, even if you'll be cutting back on the cookies and coffees you buy from us this year.
+ Do you offer catering?
We do! And we love bringing cookies to your office event or wedding! Please contact us with your desired date, location, and quantity, and we will see how we can accomodate your order.
+ How can I get your cookies in San Francisco?
You can schedule delivery during our open evening hours.
We do not offer pickup from our commercial kitchen in San Francisco.
If you are looking to place a large order or have a local delivery request outside of our opening hours, please contact us here or email hello@stirredcookies.com, and we will determine if we can accomodate your order.
+ Do you offer cookies for dietary restrictions?
We offer:
- Gluten Free Chocolate Chip (GF)
- Vegan Snickerdoodle (V)
- Vegan Oatmeal (V)
Nut Allergies: We are not a nut-free facility. However, we use separate trays and spatulas to avoid cross-contamination with our nut cookies. We label each cookie sleeve with a W (walnuts) or PB (for our cookies containing peanut butter). Our Vegan cookies contain almond milk.
Sugar-Free: Not yet – Our Sugar-Free Cookie recipe is still in the works!
+ Are your cookies "special"?
While we think our cookies are special, they do not contain any medicated herbs.
+ What does your company name mean?
Stirred, Not Shaken is an homage to our baker's favorite fictional British spy. James Bond's preferred drink is a vodka martini – shaken, not stirred. More loosely, we stir (not shake) the ingredients in our mixing bowl to form cookie dough.
